Awarness, Exploration, and Optimal Health

Our Philosophy:  Self Awareness and Exploration through learning form the building blocks for creating a healthier individual, organization and world.  We believe the wellness journey begins and ends within, at the very origin of who we are and spirals in and out of what we refer to as the "The Four Levels of Healing".  Our state of wellness depends on our willingness to recognize that we can and do participate in the creation of our health.  These four levels address physical health, mental health, emotional health and spiritual health and encompass the continuous development of five keys to wellness: positive choices, breathing, balance, self-love and trust.

Current Education and Assessment Program:

We offer four turnkey wellness education programs and an employee wellness at work assessment.  Organizations may opt to request consultant assistance in adapting them to their organization OR for Training the Trainer.

  • Create Your Health Using the Five Keys to Wellness: a 12 hour education program with a workbook. This program introduces the individual to the wellness concept and provides information on the four levels of healing and the five keys to wellness.   • Healthy Me! Healthy You!: a six month wellness program for the developmentally disabled that includes stress management, healthy nutrition, and a gentle yoga and stretching routine. The program includes educational scripts, healthy snack suggestions, handouts and fitness monitoring tools.

  • Wellness At Work Inventory:  This inventory asks employees to assess their level of wellness on eight dimensions of work life and provides them with an opportunity to look at their current state of balance and make positive changes to improve their health.

  • Tools For Change:  an eight week stress management program that focuses on learning how to respond rather than react to stress.  Participants learn how to engage the relaxation response, how to relax deeply through progressive relaxation exercises, how to handle the inner critic, and other positive skills to enhance well-being.

 

 

  • Live Well: a ten week weight management support group focusing on lifestyle choices and habit formation.  Participants receive education on basic nutrition, positive food choices, meal planning, stress management, starting a fitness program and building self esteem.

Returning: Awakening the Light of Spirit: A year long program that combines eastern thought with earth based teachings that assist participants in re-connecting with their internal light.  The program uses sacred ceremony, meditation, visualizations and education as a foundation for inner growth.  For more information click here .
